Description Timothy Williams 2016-03-02 16:41:32 UTC
Description of problem:
A user has reported that they are receiving empty emails from no-reply at the rate of 2 emails per minute.

See https://github.com/openshift/origin/issues/6334

Comment 1 Abhishek Gupta 2016-03-02 16:51:49 UTC
The user's application is: blog-iamkdev.rhcloud.com
Cartridges: phpMyAdmin 4.0 and Cron 1.4

Comment 2 Timothy Williams 2016-03-02 17:06:42 UTC
Copying from the github issue:

These emails are most likely coming from your app, as apps by default will send email from 'no-reply'. Would it be possible for you to temporarily stop your app and see if the emails persist?

Make sure that your application is properly configured to send emails using your proper external smtp server so that it will come from your host - rather than rhcloud.com.

Comment 3 Abhishek Gupta 2016-03-02 17:23:02 UTC
User responded in the linked issue that he was able to fix the issue by recreating his application. Closing this bug for now.
