Description of problem:
Error repository ID not valid

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL 7 with minimal install

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.subscription-manager repos --disable=* (mo problem)
2.subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-rpms (no problem)
3.subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-rh-common-rpms (no problem)
4.subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-openstack-7.0-rpms (problem)

Actual results:
Error: rhel-7-server-openstack-7.0-rpms not a valid repository ID. Use --list option to see valid repositories.

Expected results:
Repository 'rhel-7-server-openstack-7.0-rpms' is enable for this system

Cleaning up old bugs.  This repo exists as long as you have a valid subscription to Red Hat OpenStack Platform.  If this continues to be a problem, please contact Red Hat Support.
