Description of problem:

The Cisco folks have a set of Nova patches which are intended to enable the use of OpenStack+vCenter+ACI, there is some more background on the architecture in this document:

This is in master, stable/newton, stable/ocata. While the original request was for mitaka and therefore RHOSP-9 I have no heard anything about it of late.
