kdump NFS fail logs

Description of problem:
kdump NFS test fails with "eth0: Detected Hardware Unit Hung" however succeeds when tested manually.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-certification2.0-20151117

How reproducible:
Repeatedly
> Re-run Kdump nfs individually for 13 times in all, got 3 PASS results. (3/13)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load BIOS default and set to UEFI mode
2.Install RHEL6U7 for cert test
3.Install redhat-certification2.0-20151117 , setup test environment
4.Run cert test with OS embedded driver and found output "eth0: Detected Hardware Unit Hung" repeatly on the screen after reboot during kdump nfs test. System could boot into OS after NIC reset several times
 5.kdump nfs test failed

[Verification]
1.Update NIC driver to e1000e-3.2.6-k (Intel NIC driver for I219-LM), still got the failed result
2. Ran Certification with same configuration under RHEL7.2, passed

Actual results:
NFS test fails. attached "redhat6u7_Kdump_nfs_FAIL_log.zip"

Expected results:
NFS test should pass as it works when tested manually.

Additional info:
System does not have serial port, so providing console logs won't be possible.

Opening the Bugzilla as per advise from hardware certification team.
