Flags can be included and excluded from products.  It appears that when the inclusions and exclusions are changed, the changes are not logged.

We should log these in the audit log table so we can keep track of what changes have been made in the event of a mistake.

It will insert log into the table audit_log to log the change of exclusion and inclusion.
