Description of problem:
Im working on centos7.1 with libvirt version 1.2.17
the problem im having is with virsh blockcommit command

virsh blockcommit --domain Activity--7 vda --base /raid10-2hs-island/raid10-2hs-island_shum/Activity--7_1.img --top /raid10-2hs-island/raid10-2hs-island_shum/Activity--7_1_2016_03_05_04_17_07_hourly.snap --wait --verbose

the problem is the vm get stuck while getting info from blockjobinfo
virsh block commit command doesn't end
and all the other operations on the vm are returning the error
Timed out during operation: cannot acquire state change lock (held by remoteDispatchDomainGetBlockJobInfo)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. No steps , its coming on random basis
2. mostly the snapshot that has more data in it cause problem in commiting
