Description of problem:

Fresh install of F24 XFCE spin (Fedora-Xfce-Live-x86_64-24-20160308.0.iso) install downloaded from http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/24/Spins/

I have network, but no name resolution as /etc/resolv.conf is missing, broken symlink:
/etc/resolv.conf -> ../run/systemd/resolve/resolv.conf

Journal shows:
