Description of problem:

pyephem do support python3.  please update spec file.  Have put together proof of conept build here:

Have tested, does work.  Much improve.

pyephem-3.7.6.0-2.fc24.x86_64

How reproducible:
Now is so

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  koji build --scratch rawhide pyephem-3.7.6.0-2.fc24.src.rpm
2.  look at build artifact

Actual results:
output be python-pyephem-3.7.6.0-2.fc25.arch.rpm

Expected results:
output be python2-pyephem-3.7.6.0-2.fc25.arch.rpm
output be python3-pyephem-3.7.6.0-2.fc25.arch.rpm
much happiness and profit

Additional info:
I am not a tree.  I identify as meat popsickle.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.
