It's an old book but I thought I'd still report the bug. Feel free to close the bug it will not be fixed.

Hi Julie,

Thank you for reporting this bug.

This guide is not being actively maintained as part of the current suite, and given how many versions it is behind the current one, I will close this bug for now.
