Description of problem:
It show 500 Error when adding attachment

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.2.rh2

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login bugzilla, then try to add an attachment, like Paste the text as attachment
2.Submit
3.

Actual results:
It return 500 error

Expected results:

Can't capture any userful log about this error

QA environment with version(5.0.2-rh4, DB: pgsql)
Result: Pass
