Description of problem:

Currently we collect the hour and day before last.
We would like to add the last hour to the aggregation to have more recent data.

Moving from 4.0 alpha to 4.0 beta since 4.0 alpha has been already released and bug is not ON_QA.

Was fixed by addition of caching to the dashboard.
