Description of problem:
In my COPR space [1] , created a package (named "uthash").
No build available for this package.
I Can't remove it or delete its definition from my package listing.
The only action I can do is "rebuild" for this package [2]

Code with this fix is currently deployed on testing server.
You can test it before it will be deployed to production.
