Description of problem:
When trying to set a custom domain name for overcloud deployment, overcloud deployment fails due to hostname -f failing on nodes during ComputeNodesPostDeployment.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Override CloudDomain in t-h-t
2. Override dhcp_domain in /etc/neutron/dhcp_agent.ini
3. Deploy Overcloud
4. Overcloud deployment fails

Actual results:

Deployment Fails
Expected results:

Deployment succeeds and nodes have appropriate domain name.
