Description of problem:

When change the bug status to closed, there's no bug resolution selector to choose the resolution. If save the bug and no choose, it will show  "A valid resolution is required to mark bugs as CLOSED." message.

5.0.2.rh2

100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a bug
2. Change the bug status to closed
3.

Actual results:
No the bug resolution selector

Expected results:
The bug resolution should be selected.
