New Item menu

Description of problem:
For example in an empty project, New Item menu has only one enabled item - "Project" - other items are disabled but it's not obvious at the first sight. I have to move mouse pointer over individual items to see if they are enabled or disabled.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3.0.ER1

How reproducible:
-

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new project in Authoring perspective.
2. Open New Item menu.

Actual results:
Disabled items (all but Project) have identical appearance as enabled items (Project).

Expected results:
Disabled items should use different style (e.g. light gray font color - see Project Screen's disabled toolbar buttons in attached screenshot).

@Cristiano, would you mind taking look (I concur Jiri's observation, but IDK whether PatternFly stipulates any design considerations for "disabled menu items").

Cool. Thank you, Cristiano!
