livemedia creator tests the size of the generated squashfs image against 4GiB-1 and prints a message (File /var/tmp/lmc-work-amv93h2h/LiveOS/squashfs.img is larger than 4GiB-1.), but the message doesn't tell you how far over you are. This makes cutting stuff to get under size harder, since you don't know how much to try to cut.

Steps to Reproduce:
This is currently happening with the games spin. Even when it is under size you could add one large game (e.g. 0ad) and it would be oversize for testing.

I think you mean the mkisofs message?

This is going to be fixed by https://github.com/rhinstaller/lorax/pull/98
