Description of problem:

When files that should be deleted contain "$" sign, Update tool doesn't delete them. See here in logs [1].

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.3.0.ER1


How reproducible: 

Run upgrade tool from version 6.2.2 to version 6.3.0.ER1. After upgrade, directory standalone/deployments/business-central/WEB-INF/classes/org/kie/workbench/drools/backend/server/ contains files AppSetup$2.class and AppSetup$3.class.
