Description of problem:
libmspack contains the "expand" tool that
allows to extract the different MS archives,
similar to the old DOS expand utility.
Fedora does not package this tool.
Would be very good if it does, please.
Note: the cabextract utility that also uses
libmspack, does not replace expand as it supports
another formats.
