Description of problem:
After updating to gtk3-3.19.12-1.fc24, various dialog windows in GNOME control center are messed up, see attached screenshot.

gtk3-3.19.12-1.fc24

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to create a new OpenVPN connection.

Actual results:
Only some of the dialog widgets are visible because of the reduced and fixed windows geometry.

As a workaround, nm-connection-editor can be used which is not affected by this issue.
