no subscription sku found

Description of problem:
Register a host to sat6.2, can list the subscription sku and add it to satellite by CLI normally, but can't list and add the subscription sku by Web UI

Steps to Reproduce:
1. register the host to satellite6.2

2. list and add the subscription by CLI
# subscription-manager attach --pool=8ac98312538921a80153892b71fa033b
# subscription-manager list --co
