Description of problem:

When uploading XLS file as a new version just after uploading previous one,
the following ERROR popup is shown.

[Force Save][Re-open][Cancel]

6.2.0

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:

1. upload new xls file via New Item -> Decision Table(Spreadsheet)
   click 'Choose File' button and select any xls file then click 'Upload' button  
   => xls file would get uploaded with the message "Uploaded successfully"

2. After xls file is successfully uploaded,  click 'Choose File' button again and select same or the other xls file then click Upload button.


Actual results:

You will see the error message reported above.

Expected results:

upload succeed without any error message.


Additional info:

This does not happen with 6.1.x.

In addition, when selecting "Cancel" in above error dialogue, "Uploading..." windows remains and whole screen become grayed out until you reload the page by browser's reload button.

If you select "Re-open" and then upload xls file again, it would work without above error message.
