Description of problem:
Component not update after product changed when creating flagtypes

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login by admin, go to https://$Server/editflagtypes.cgi?action=enter&target_type=bug
2.Select a product
3.Cheeck the component

Actual results:
The component items not reload

Expected results:
The component items should reload according to the selected product
