Tazim, can you please provide the exact commands executed in the scenario above? We need a bit more detail to reproduce the test scenario.
The steps: 1. Install Satellite6 2. # katello-backup /tmp/katello-backup 3. # katello-restore /tmp/katello-backup

Backup and Restore worked on Satellite 6.3.0 snap 21. Moving this BZ to verified.
