Description of problem:
When attempting to run radosgw on rhel 6.8, the message /usr/bin/radosgw not running appears when httpd is started.  This can be verified with ps.

I am guessing that the version gotten from the subscription manager is incompatible with what is no the beta release.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL 6.8

How reproducible:
100% of the time

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to bring up the rados gateway

Actual results:
ps ax | grep radosgw shows no running radosgw process

Expected results:
ps ax should show a running radosgw process

We are almost 30 days away from RHCS 1.2's EOL, so we won't fix bugs for RHCS 1.2 at this point.
