Description of problem:

python2-django-babel-0.4.0-2.el7 requires python-babel >= 1.3

But rhel7 only has python-babel-0.9.6-8.el7

Please fix package to work with older python-babel or remove package as non-working.

Please remove this package from epel7 if it can't be made to work with rhel7 version of python-babel.
