Description of problem:

If I remove package from system using following command:

 # yum remove cheese

gnome-software is not updating package details. The package is 
still showing under the list of installed packages. If I click 
on remove tab, it's showing following error:

   Sorry, this did not work
   Removal of Cheese failed

If I close the pop-up Window, Cheese is still showing under installed
packages.

gnome-software-3.14.7-2.el7.x86_64

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove a package using yum 

   # yum remove cheese

2. Open gnome-software and search for cheese


Actual results:
Cheese is still listed under installed packages 

Expected results:
It should not list under installed packages
