Description of problem:
Notification areas has message text always wrapped below status icon.
One would say it looks rather ugly. It shouldn't be wrapped as in upstream.
I supose it's broken and not intended. See attached screenshots

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. At webui produce notification message (create repository, update CV or whatever)

Actual results:
wrapped, occupies more space

Expected results:
not wrapped, less space

Verified on Sat-6.3.0 snap 9.0.

The notification message is not wrapped anymore as in upstream.
