Description of problem:
After applying 6.2.4 Patch to a 6.2.0 EAP, attempted to purge resulted in purge Failure

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON 3.3.5 Update-03 DR01

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stop RHQ Agent
2. Install EAP 6.2.0 Standalone
Ex:  /root/jon-utils/src/main/scripts/bladecenter/install_eap6-standalone.sh http://download.devel.redhat.com/released/JBEAP-6/6.2.0/jboss-eap-6.2.0.zip

3. Start RHQ Agent
4. Deploy 6.2.4.GA patch to EAP 6.2.0
5. Once Deploy completes and is successful, Purge 6.2.4.GA Patch

Actual results:
Purge failure:
 "java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/hudson/jboss-eap6-standalone/modules/system/layers/base/org/jboss/as/web/main/lib/README.txt (No such file or directory) 

Expected results:
Purge should succeed.
