Description of problem:

If you happen to perform an action (such as publishing a content view multiple times) that generates a notification in the UI, and you keep them open/displayed in the UI, you will see that the page content will be pushed down to the bottom of the page and there is no scrollbar that you can use to get to the content. You have to close all notifications in order to see the bottom.

1. Perform any action in the web ui that generates a web ui notification. I'd recommend a minimum of 5 notifications.

Verified in Satellite 6.2 Beta Snap 12.

Scrollbars are now displayed that allow you to get to the pushed down content. See attached screenshot.
