Description of problem:

The tasks in the repo section are shown in the browser's timezone and not the user timezone setting.

How reproducible:

Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a repo and sync it
2. Change your timezone via user settings
3. Go to the /products/14/tasks pages

Actual results:

Times are in the user timezone.

Expected results:

Times are shown in the browser timezone setting.

Additional info:

Going to the tasks page properly shows the task times in the user timezone.
