Description of problem:
When attempting to view a subscription's associated content hosts, you are presented with a screen that appears to be continually loading. The text below is also seen.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload a manifest with valid subscriptions, or create a custom product.
2. Navigate to Content -> Red Hat Subscriptions.
3. Click on a subscription
4. Select the drop down arrow next to Associations and choose Content Hosts

Actual results:
The error is seen. See attached image.

Expected results:
The appropriate content hosts are displayed.
