Description of problem:
should shows build 116 in device manager,but shows build 115.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virtio-win-prewhql-116

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot a windows guest os
2.install driver of virtio-win-prewhql-116
3.check the driver version of driver

Actual results:
shows build 115

Expected results:
shows build 116

Additional info:

Almost all the driver file in virtio-win-prewhql-116 is the same as virtio-win-prewhql-115
