Description of problem:

I build one package with source type external link with SRPM . 
After sometime, I go to the build and ask to resubmit build in another chroot , this resubmit always fail. Also all links to reports of results give 404 (we don't have any file in results). 
For example : https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/sergiomb/buildsforF21/build/171713/

How reproducible:

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/sergiomb/buildsforF21/build/121467/
built just on F21, I asked to resubmit the build on another chroot and ends in :
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/sergiomb/buildsforF21/build/171713/

This fixed with Copr upgrade of today. Should have been fixed together with https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1304012 , in this bug I also refer to "Also all links to reports of results give 404"
