Configure --enable-hooks flag doesn't work as expected and fixed in master branch. In stable branch 3.6 it is still broken and using ./configure --enable-hooks doesn't supply the hooks rpms.

Currently we want to build hooks rpms during build in all distributions.

run contrib/rhev_build.sh script and check that all expected hooks were built
