According to Web browser Coverage matrix describe in https://mojo.redhat.com/docs/DOC-1013063, Firefox on Fedora23 should also be Tier 1, missed in PR
+|Firefox, Latest Stable
+|Windows 8
+|Tier 1

Comment 6 Yadan Pei 2016-04-12 10:40:34 UTC
How about Client Requirements? didn't see Client Requirement description in PR.

Comment 7 Ashley Hardin 2016-04-12 16:43:17 UTC
Thanks! Made some edits and added Fedora 23 to Firefox, Latest Stable . Dropped Client Requirements from the section title, as the section does only address browser requirements.
