eap7 screen shot

Description of problem:
See attached screen shot for eap6 and eap7

On eap6 it's possible to create File Handler child but this option is not there for eap7

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON3.3.5 with eap plugin pack update04-DR01

How reproducible:
2/2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to eap7 resource->Subsystems->Core->logging->Inventory->Create Child


Actual results:
File Handler child is not there

Expected results:
Same children as for eap6 should be supported 

Additional info:
I checked rhq master as well and File Handler is there but Console Handler is missing instead.

The option is there for jon33-eap-update04
