Description of problem:
to update the installation guide:
currently the rhosp 8 director package installation uses this command
sudo yum install -y python-rdomanager-oscplugin

it should be
sudo yum install -y python-tripleoclient

also, this repos should be enabled:
sudo subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-rpms --enable=rhel-7-server-extras-rpms --enable=rhel-7-server-rh-common-rpms
