Description of problem: MuseScore shows a dialogbox on opening containing the following text: Kann Datei :/data/My_First_Score.mscz nicht lesen: Unknown error Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.0.2 How reproducible: allways Steps to Reproduce: 1. launch MuseScore either from terminal with mscore or from the menu 2. observe the dialogbox with the error: "Kann Datei :/data/My_First_Score.mscz nicht lesen: Unknown error" If the app is launched in english the error is: "Cannot read file :/data/My_First_Score.mscz: Unknown error" 3. Observe that there are no "template files" to open in the "start center" dialog. Actual results: Confusing errors and no templates Expected results: No confusing errors and templates Additional info: The path seems to be hardcoded where it should be dependent on variables.
Sorry for the two mails but I missed some things that might be important: * The Fedora has been upgraded from Fedora 23 to 24 * The message actually appears twice * In the settings the path is mentioned in "start with score" also start with score is selected. * If "start empty" is selected no error on startup. * After deleting ~/./config/MuseScore/MuseSore2.ini the file is recreated with the incorrect config value hope that helps
