As part of supporting oVirt VDSM in centos7 we require libvirt-python3 package. This RFE is opened to request for el7 build for this libvirt-python

The required python3 dependency is not in RHEL, thus I'm closing this bug. And since libvirt-python3 is actually a subpackage of libvirt-python, I'm afraid publishing it in EPEL is not an option either. You should, however, be able to install it using pip.
