Now there is python3.4 in epel, I can help to get the required dependencies.

el7's sip version is (still) too old to support python-qt5 bindings

That said, I've been pondering the possibility of trying to make sip parallel-installable with multiple versions.  I'll likely need to ask and receive upstream help to implement that.
