Description of problem:
Provide branded installer for more consistent user experience.

Actual results:
foreman-installer --scenario katello
foreman-installer --scenario katello

Expected results:
satellite-installer --scenario satellite
satellite-installer --scenario capsule

Additional info:
- hide upstream scenarios for foreman and katello
- support migration from katello scenario
- support migration from Sat 6.1 installation
- keep katello-installer and capsule-installer with deprecation warning

Available scenarios
  Satellite (INSTALLED)
        Install Satelite server
  Capsule (use: --scenario capsule)
        Install a stand-alone Capsule.
