Description of problem:
Errata get paginated, which makes it really hard to apply _all_ errata to a system that has a lot of outstanding errata.

E.g. I have a system that has 178 outstanding errata. The first time I click the checkbox in the upper left corner to select all errata, only the first 40 are actually selected. I need to scroll down all the way to the bottom of the page / list of errata in order to be able to select all errata using that checkbox.

This applies to both the list of errata in the errata menu as well as the list of errata on the content host page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create test system with lots of outstanding errata
2. Go to 'Errata' page
3. Try and select all errata by clicking checkbox in upper left corner, next to 'Errata ID'

Actual results:
Only first 40 errata are selected
