Description of problem: I believe this to be a result of a video file that I have on my system. I have no idea how to isolate which one though. Aha! This must be crashing with one of my video files that i muxed with mkvtoolnix. I believe there was a bug a few versions back with mkvtoolnix where the wavpack header was not written correctly. As I remember, I couldn't even extract the audio stream with mkvtoolnix last time i tried.
