Comment 1 Dan Williams 2004-09-17 02:54:53 UTC
I cannot reproduce with ggv-2.6.0-2. Can you see if you still get the
problem with 2.6.0-2?

strace of ggv crash upon pressing space-bar

same problem as in originial post. in fact, i thought that i filed this bug
recently. guess not. ;-)

reproduced by:
1. double-click on pdf file in nautilus or download pdf file from the web
2. upon displaying the pdf file in ggv, press the space-bar
3. crash

additional notes:
- the crash does not occur if i press the forward button in ggv before pressing
the space-bar.	in order to reproduce the crash, i press the space-bar before
any other buttons.
- noticed that ggv probes the local network before opening a file, regardless
of the target file's location.	i think that this behavior is unrelated.

Comment 3 John Thacker 2006-05-04 13:32:50 UTC
ggv is not in either FC4 or FC5, and earlier releases are the responsibility
of Fedora Legacy. This, while a crasher, is not a security bug.
Closing.
