Describe the issue: 

The value of dbcachesize is documented as being used for controling the import queue size for various tasks at 80% of the value.

This is no longer the case in 1.3.5. The db2* tasks now automatically resize the buffer as needed, and dbcachesize is only used for setting the dbcachesize.
