anaconda_stop_job_running

Description of problem:
During the reboot (after a kickstart installation) the system hangs for 1min 30s because "A stop job is running for System Logging Services. The system waits for the 1min 30s and than reboots.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anaconda-21.48.22.56-1.el7.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible:
Not 100% reproducible. It happens 50% of the time after a kickstart installation

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install a system via kickstart with the reboot options set
2.
3.

Actual results:
several times the system waits for the time to count down and than reboots

Expected results:
Job should stop earlier and reboot should be faster

Reassigning to rsyslog, which owns the service that is apparently not stopping.
