Description of problem:
It should be better to re-arrange the log files by services.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Ovirt Node 4.0.0_alpha1
2. Check the cockpit page

Actual results:
1. In logs page, all the logs from different services are in the same page. 

Expected results:
1. It should be better to separate the logs by services like follows.
logs
    |- systemd
    |- message
    |- dmesg
    |- kernel
