Description of problem:  Red Hat Access Insights page: Under systems tab 'Unregister System' link is active when no system is selected or listed.
         

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.5.3.3.20160405132708_92d2d67
         

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Red Hat Access Insights -> Systems
2.Click on the 'Unregister System' link.

         
Actual results:
The 'Unregister System' link is clickable irrespective of whether any system is selected or not

     
Expected results:
The 'Unregister System' link should be disabled until and unless system is selected.

This bug has been open for more than a year and is assigned to an older release of CloudForms. 

If you would like to keep this Bugzilla open and if the issue is still present in the latest version of the product, please file a new Bugzilla which will be added and assigned to the latest release of CloudForms.
