Description of problem:
I'm running F24 with gnome desktop. My desktop icons are aligned. But if I logout out and relogin again, some of the desktop icons are moved a little bit to left.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nautilus-3.20.0-1.fc24.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Align the desktop icons in columns
2.Logout
3.re-login

Actual results:
some of the desktop icons are no more in the previus columns

Expected results:

No change of the icon position

I could reproduce this effect only once in F25, then no more.
