HI,
you probably need to create a new Certification Ticket

Add a Product (if it has not already been added)
• Log in in to your RHC4TP account at connect.redhat.com.
• Select the Human icon at the top right of the screen and select Company Dashboard from the dropdown menu.
• Scroll down to Products and click Add a Product.
• Fill in all applicable product information and click Submit.

Edit
How to request Software Access
• Log in to your RHC4TP account at connect.redhat.com.
• Click Zones at the top of the screen. This will display the four Technology Zones (RHEL OpenStack, Containers, JBoss Middleware).
• Select the Technology Zone that you wish to request software from.
• Under Resources, Select Request Software Access and follow all instructions.

Edit
How to Create an OpenStack Certification Project
• Log in in to your RHC4TP account at connect.redhat.com.
• Select Zones.
• Select OpenStack.
• Select OpenStack Technology Adoption Workflow..
• Select Create a New Project.
• Create a Project Name and select the product you wish to certify from the dropdown menu.
• This will take you to the Certification Checklist. You can begin following the ABC (Align/Build/Certify) steps.
• Once you have completed the checklist, click Request Certification.
• The Operations Team will email the requester with an acknowledgement of recite of the request and advise of the next steps.
